1984

AC Studio was established in 1984. It  is a design and R&D studio located within the Montebelluna Footwear District, famous throughout the world as the pole of sports and trekking footwear as well as ski boots.

Creativity, curiosity and technical skills allow AC Studio to collaborate with brands such as Reebok (the “pump” system), Puma, Adidas.

1992

In 1992 thanks to the “Soft Step” project for Dachstein (the Austrian mountain technical apparel and footwear company), AC Studio was awarded a prize by the Austrian Foreign Ministry and offered the opportunity of exhibiting some of its innovative design projects at the Applied Arts Museum in Vienna.

The professional growth of the Studio’s members continues with teaching experiences at the Designer, Model Maker and Sourcing Technician Schools in Treviso and Montebelluna.

Moreover, the collaboration with the IUAV University in Venice ensures continuous innovation and  updating.

AC Studio is a member of important international associations such as the European Fashion Designer Association and the International Designer Exhibition of Active Sports.

The constant presence at the most important international Exhibitions such as Pitti Uomo (Florence), MICAM (Milan), Lineapelle (Bologna), Bread & Butter (Berlin), Ispo (Munich) and many other exhibitions enrich and integrate the research activities carried out in cities such as London, Paris, New York and San Francisco.

 

2010

In 2010 AC Studio design studio was acknowledged to be an “excellent entreprise” and was selected among the many existing companies within the sportsystem district by the Veneto Region as a company model capable of playing a pilot role in the territory for a Production Process of excellence.

2013

In 2013 AC Studio launched Teak3 joy for You a new footwear and apparel brand made using completely natural, recyclcable and biodegradable materials.

 

2015

In April 2015 the “Norwegian Centre for Design and Architecture” awarded AC Studio the Market for Good Design Award for a project for ALFA.
